Parents & Caregivers

The J.S. Clark Parents Advisory Council (PAC) is a non-profit association made up of parents from J.S. Clark Elementary School. The organization is run by a group of committed volunteer parents who put in countless hours throughout the year for the benefit of all students. The positions are filled yearly (or as required) by nomination & vote each September.

Volunteers Needed. Any parent can attend the PAC meetings. Parents do not need to hold a position to be a part of the PAC – just by being a parent you are a member.

We look forward the year and all the great events we support for our school community. Volunteering is a great way to engage with other parents and to share more of your child’s experience at our small school. Check out our list of positions available here (pdf):

There are lots of opportunities to get involved in your child’s life while giving back to the school community. We hope you will volunteer some time to support our fun and worthwhile activities. Even if it’s only 30 minutes here or there, it makes a HUGE difference to your child, the school and the community!

Please note:  if your child is ill on a lunch day, you are welcome to come and pick up their lunch.  Lunches are not kept past 12:15pm.  There are NO REFUNDS as this is a PAC fundraiser.

How to Order Hot Lunches

To order lunch, sign-up on the Munch a Lunch website here. You may need to register for an account if you haven’t used the Munch a Lunch order system in the past.

Payments are due approximately 5 days to 1 week preceding the Lunch date and can be paid either by cash in the PAC Drop Box at the office or online through the munchalunch website.
